Terms of Service

By accessing or using CLOW, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use CLOW for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use CLOW only in compliance with applicable law.

CLOW provides business workflow tools that may include lead capture, customer relationship management, task management, website activity insights, communications assistance, and AI-assisted content or recommendations. Features and availability may vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing, or sending it. CLOW does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Protect passwords, account credentials, devices, and access to your account.
• Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
• Ensure that authorized users follow these Terms and that you have all permissions needed to submit, process, or communicate using customer, prospect, employee, and other third-party information.
• Remain responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

You may not use CLOW to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications, or contact people without required consent.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, bypass security or access controls, or probe systems without authorization.
• Access another customer's data or account, misrepresent your identity, or facilitate fraud.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted by law or a written agreement with us.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

When you affirmatively opt in, CLOW may send service updates, requested follow-up, appointment or demo reminders, account notices, and messages related to the service or request for which you consented. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current and for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

Prices, billing intervals, included features, and any applicable setup fees are presented at purchase or in your order. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable charges at each billing interval until the subscription is canceled.

You may request cancellation through available account billing tools or by contacting us. Unless your order states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal and access may continue through the paid billing period. Amounts already paid, billing disputes, credits, and any refunds are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. These Terms do not create a blanket refund promise.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining valid payment information. We may suspend paid features when payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

You retain ownership of content you submit to CLOW. You grant ANS Corporation a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested services.

CLOW, its software, interface, designs, branding, documentation, and related technology are owned by ANS Corporation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

We work to keep CLOW available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free service. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, software changes, and events outside our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOW is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, where such disclaimers are legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANS Corporation and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to CLOW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of ANS Corporation for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for CLOW during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

You may stop using CLOW at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
